Hana Air Professional Hair Dryer Review, from Misikko.com & Coupon Code

I few months ago I received the Hana Air Professional Hair Dryer for review but I didn't want to write a review on it till I gave it a good amount of use.

Sorry for the terrible picture quality on these, I recently lost my SD card so I had to take these with my iPhone. I'm getting a new camera today so I'll try to update these photos when I get back from IMATS.

I have always thought hairdryers were all the same. Before this one I was using a Conair Professional Tourmaline Ionic Styler, which was ok but only for a few months, because after that every time I turned it on it smelled like fire. I did keep it clean, so I'm not sure what the problem was but I was excited to try a new hairdryer when Misikko contacted me.

I have never spent more than $50 on a hairdryer, because like I said I felt they were all the same. So when I saw the price tag on this I was pretty shocked at the price. How well could a nearly $200 hairdryer work?

After using it for about the same amount of time as my Conair, I am extremely pleased with it.

This is the nicest dryer I've ever owned, so all I have is positive things to say about it.

The look of the Hana Air Professional Hair Dryer is very sleek itself.

Onto how well it works

I have really long, thick, wavy/curly hair and the Hana Air works great with my hair type.

I timed how long it took to get my hair fully dry to be able to flat iron it and it took 7 minutes! That's just amazing for all the hair on my head!

I honestly hate doing my hair because I feel like it's so time consuming, but with this hairdryer it saved me a ton of time.

It leaves my hair very soft and shiny. I've also noticed that my hair has stayed healthier for a longer period of time, reducing the need for a haircut, so my hair has grown a lot.

This is how straight I was able to get it with just the Hana Air Hair Dryer. I didn't use a brush either I just dried it as it is.

The dryer comes with two speeds, three heat settings, and a cool shot button.

You can definitely feel the quality in holding the dryer but it isn't too heavy.

Also the Hana Air has a lot of power, you can really feel the high air pressure it shoots out, so don't accidentally aim the dryer up towards your hair like I did or you will end up with some tangles. :)

You get a free 2 year warranty plus a free Heat Proof Pouch. The pouch is great for setting your curling iron or flat iron on as well.

I would highly recommend this hair dryer if your in need of a new one. It is a splurge but it's an amazing dryer and you won't have to buy another.

Definitely check out http://www.misikko.com , they have some great hair tools on their website, they also carry ghd flat irons which are the best! http://www.misikko.com/ghd-flat-iron.html

You can check out the Hana Air Professional Hair Dryer here http://www.misikko.com/hana-air-professional-hair-dryer.html and  read other 5 star reviews as well.

Another thing I wanted to mention is that Misikko has great customer service. They have fast shipping and pack everything really well. Currently they are only able to ship to US and Canada.

Sally Hansen Crackle Overcoat Review

I recently came across these on the Sally Hansen website and was really excited to see they were coming out with their own shatter nail polish.

I love my OPI Shatter and China Glaze Crackle nail polishes so I was looking forward to trying these in colors I didn't already have.

I picked up four from the drugtore in Antiqued Gold, Cherry Smash, Distressed Denim, and Fractured Foli.

I was really interested in the gold color but ended up most disappointed in this one.

Cherry Smash and Distressed Denim crackled the best and were the most opaque, Fractured Foil did ok, while Antiqued Gold shattered the least.

In the swatch above I am wearing Zoya Barbie beneath the Sally Hansen Crackles.

I also didn't like how sheer the gold and silver were. I thought they would be a bit more opaque. Even though I am wearing a light pink beneath, I did try with black and I felt like it looked worse.

One other thing I really disliked was the tiny nail brush. I think the small brush is what might have made them hard to work with, because you can't cover the nail in one swipe. If you have used any shatter or crackle type nail polish before then you know that the thicker the application, the less shatter effect you will get.

I would have much prefered if the people at Sally Hansen would have put the same wide brush as the Complete Salon Manicure or Nailgrowth Miracle nail lacquers. The application would have been a lot easier. The photo above is the Sally Hansen Crackle brush compared to the Complete Salon Manicure brush.

The price on these is anywhere from $6 to $8, which I think is a bit too much when you can get a China Glaze Crackle for less than that and better application, or even a OPI Shatter for $8.50.

Overall I would not recommend the Antiqued Gold or Fractured Foil but I do like Cherry Smash and Distressed Denim because they did shatter pretty good and you can make lots of different nail color combos with these two.

Have you tried these yet? What was your experience with them?

I purchased these myself.

Baby Update! :)

So When I announced I was having my second baby a lot of you wanted an update so here you go. :)

I'm sure many of you are wondering what it is. If you follow me on twitter then you might already know since I announced it on there! :)

I had an ultrasound last Saturday to find out the sex and

This is actually my baby's ultrasound photo. Those little dots near his mouth are his fingers actually. He kept moving his hands during the ultrasound. :)

IT"S A BOY!!!!!!!!!

There will be three boys in my house including my hubby, so now I'm really outnumbered!

Maybe I'll get a pretty princess someday, but for now I'm happy!

I can now start planning the baby room, and get everything I need.

After my appointment on Saturday we hit up Babies R Us, and Target and picked up a few outfits because we were so happy to finally know and be able to buy stuff. My mom also came along and picked up a few things.

My mom and dad are going to buy me (well the baby) a really beautiful crib and matching changing table and my brother is going to buy us one of those fancy hand held video camera baby monitors! My parents and brother spoil my son, so of course they are going to spoil the new baby as well!

So far everything with the baby is looking great so we can't ask for anything more than that! As long as he's healthy that's all that matters.

As far as names go we don't have one set in stone yet, but we do like the name Nicholas a lot.

We have a lot of things we need to do before the baby comes, we will be putting in new carpet or flooring in so everything is super clean for the baby.

My husband wants a sports themed room but I want a animal themed room, so we shall see how it turns out!

After I have the baby's room done, I'll do a before and after post.

I guess that's all I have to update on for now. If you have any baby name suggestions let me know.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post! :)
