Naked Princess Vanille Blanc Body & Boudoir Spray Review

I received this Naked Princess Body & Boudoir Spray recently and have been LOVING it! I didn't know what to expect when opening this because I don't ever order perfumes without smelling it first, but I was really happy with this scent.

From the website
An inviting & seductive eau de parfum that can be used as room fragrance, body spray or to scent linens and lingerie. Our private blend scent is infused with Moroccan Vanilla, Sweet Almond & exotic Tonquin Bean to captivate the senses. Japanese Green Tea, Aloe Vera & Chamomile Extracts added to benefit all skin types.

I have been using this on myself and one of my favorite ways to use it is on my pillows!

You can definitely smell vanilla, but there is also this warm powdery scent. It doesn't smell like baby powder, but it has this warm fresh scent to it. It's very relaxing and sensual. When I first used it, I couldn't stop smelling it., it's just so good!

This is one of those products that feels so good when I use it. It makes me feel warm and cozy. I just love it! Although I don't know if I would wear this during the day, it feels more like an evening scent.

Now can we talk about the packaging?! How gorgeous is this bottle! I absolutely love it. The tassel adds a beautiful touch. I have this set out on my vanity and it looks so beautiful.

Like all Naked Princess products, this contains no parabens, no sulfates, no phthalates, and are non irritating. Naked Princess is also cruelty free!

This is a 2.82 fl oz bottle that retails for $52, which is a great price for the amount of product you get! Also remember this is a multi-functional fragrance that can be used on your body, sheets, and as a room spray.

I definitely recommend this if your looking for a new fragrance, This would make a beautiful Mother's Day gift as well, so keep that in mind.

I have some coupon codes for you! Use code REIGN for 10% off your order, or use code LIKELOVE2012 for Free Shipping!

Urban Decay 24/7 Shadow Pencil Stash Review, Swatches & Giveaway!

I've been shopping Hautelook a lot recently. They always have great deals on cosmetics. About a month ago I ordered some Urban Decay and got this 24/7 Shadow Pencil Stash set.

I love the 24/7 eye pencils and use those all over the lid as a base at times, so I thought this set would be great for that, as they are chubbier pencils.

I've been using the stash set for quite some time already and just like the regular eye pencils, they are amazing. They don't crease and last all day.

I like to use them on there own or apply powder shadow on top.

Natural light
Swatches from L to R are Delinquent, Rehab, Juju, Sin, and Clash.

Sin is a great all over lid color to wear on it's own with some black liner and bold lips. It's also a great color to wear as a base with any eye shadow to make the color pop and last all day.

I've used Delinquent and Rehab as a liner, so these are very versatile pencils. You'll definitely get a lot of use out of these.

These are just all around great to have in your collection. They apply smoothly last all day. I don't know about where you live, but I'm in California and it was 91 degrees yesterday! It's not even Summer yet! Blah! But these will be perfect for the Summer because they won't melt off your face! :D

You can still find this set on and Hautelook occasionally has Urban Decay on there, so look out for those sales!

If you haven't signed up for hautelook or there emails so you can stay up to date on what's going to be on sale, you can do that here.

Now onto the exciting part! You can enter to win a set from me! The giveaway post to win the Urban Decay Pencil Stash set and MORE will be posted in a few minutes, so look out for that!!!

Sally Hansen Nail of The Day ~ Blue Me Away

Natural light

I picked up Sally Hansen's Blue Me Away, on one of my nail polish hauls a few weeks ago and I love it! This color is SO BRIGHT! It's such a fun color for Spring! If you don't like to wear bright colors on your hands, definitely wear it on your toes! I guarantee it will make you happy when you look at it. :)

The formula was great. I got smooth, even coverage in two coats.

The only problem I had with this shade is that it stained my fingers like crazy when I was removing it! My fingers were all blue, not a good look! Although after a few rigorous hand washes it was gone, so keep that in mind!

I do love the color though and definitely recommend it if you want a bright fun nail polish for Spring.

You can find this at your local drugstore or Target for about $3.

Are you a fan of blue nail polish? Share your thoughts in the comments.

Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupte, #27 Rose Paris

I got several emails from people asking me what lipstick I was wearing on my last post, so I figured I would share!

I was wearing YSL Rouge Volupte in #27 Rose Paris. About a month ago I was at Sephora, browsing YSL and this color stood out from all the rest like a bright star! It was just so gorgeous! I knew I needed it for Spring, but sadly they were out of stock, so I came home and ordered it right away!

This is such a beautiful bright coral and you all know I love coral! It's so perfect for Spring and Summer. It will look great on all skin tones.

If you haven't used the Rouge Volupte lipsticks, you must! They are so smooth and creamy. They feel so amazing on your lips!

One of things I love about these lipsticks is the beautiful packaging. I mean you really can't deny the fact that it's just a beautiful lipstick to look at. If you pull this out of your bag, people are going to envy your gorgeous lipstick!

These did have a mirror on the cap, which made it even more beautiful, but sadly they don't make them like that anymore, which almost makes me feel like it's not completely worth the $34 price tag!

I loved this color so much, that I felt like I could justify it! This is my second Rouge Volupte, so I don't go around buying $34 lipsticks everyday, but it's nice every once in awhile! :D

This is one swipe across the back of my hand and you can see the color is so saturated! Love it!

I definitely recommend the YSL Rouge Volupte lipsticks! I think everyone should own at least one of these lipsticks. There are so many colors to choose from, you will definitely find a shade for you.

You can find the YSL Rouge Volupte lipsticks at your nearest YSL counter or online at or for $34

What do you think of YSL Rouge Volupte's? What are your favorite shades?

Lorac Unzipped Palette, and Behind The Scenes Eye Primer Review, Swatches, and Look.

About a month ago I went into my Sephora inside JCPenny and was in awe of the Unzipped palette from Lorac, so of course I picked it up!

This is the palette closed and it also comes with a Behind The Scenes Eye Primer.

Natural light

The inside has a great size mirror.

Natural light
L to R, Top Row ~ Undercover, Unbelievable, Unattainable, Unconditional, & Unbridled
Bottom Row ~ Undiscovered, Unreal, Uncensored, Unspoken, & Untamed
Colors are swatched in same order as they are in the palette and swatched with no primer.

How do I even begin to tell you how much I love this palette! If you have not used Lorac eye shadows, you must try them! They are in a league of their own! If you are not familiar with Lorac, it is a makeup company founded by makeup artist Carol Shaw who has been a celebrity makeup artist for years.

There are so many nude/natural palettes out right now, and I have them all, but the Unzipped Palette is probably my favorite. I do love all of them, but I find myself reaching for this one more than the others. I think it gives you a great variety of matte and shimmer eye shadows. One of my biggest issues with palettes is I feel like they never give you a good matte crease color and this one has what I need.

You can create a simple everyday eye with this or really get some drama and create a beautiful smokey eye for an evening out. This palette is great for all skin tones as well.

The Unzipped palette eye shadows are so pigmented and smooth and they blend beautifully!

I was pleasantly surprised with the Behind The Scenes Eye Primer. I usually use TFSI or UDPP, but this one is fabulous. I have been using this a lot lately and I find it works just as well as TFSI and UDPP. It has the same texture as UDPP. When I use it my eye shadow doesn't crease and stays vibrant all day! What more do you need!

This is an everyday look that I throw on my face when I don't know what to wear. Neutral eye, with a pop of color on the lips. Simple and easy!

Overall I definitely recommend the Unzipped Palette! It is is a great palette for travel, especially for this Summer, you can throw it in your makeup bag and have a great set of shadows that you can wear with anything! It is a must have in my book!

You can find it at or your local Sephora store for $40.

What do you think of the Unzipped Palette?

Naked Princess Naked Shine Luscious Lip Shine Review

Last month I received some products from Naked Princess. I was not familiar with this line, but they are a new company.

All of their products are paraben free, phthalate free, talc free, and GMO free. As you know I had my second baby boy in November, so I have been trying to use more natural products around him. I always load him up with kisses before I put my lipstick on, because I don't want to get it on his sensitive skin. :)

First off I have to mention that they packaged everything beautifully. The box they placed everything in was beautiful as is their product packaging. I love when products are packaged nicely, it just makes it feel more special and luxe.

This is the Naked Shine Luscious lip gloss packaging, but everything comes packaged with this white sleeve, then the boxes have  that pattern on it, which is so beautiful! Can you tell I'm a sucker for packaging! Lol :)

From L to R; Barely Coco, Barely Blush, Barely Buff, Barely Rose, Barely Pink, Barely Naked, Barely Nude, and Barely Coral.

Of course if you read my blog, you know I'm all about bright bold lip colors. I don't usually wear sheer lip gloss, but I have really been loving these. They are all various sheer nude shades and I have been layering them over my lipstick. I have even worn them alone and they feel very moisturizing on the lips. They contain Shea butter, sweet almond oil, Moroccan vanilla, and antioxidants. I've noticed a big improvement in my lips since using these. My lips feel so much softer, so I love that!

Barely Coco is one of my favorites because it has this gorgeous teal shimmer. My other favorites are Barely Pink  and Barely Coral. Barely Pink because it has a  beautiful shimmer, and I'm all for a little sparkle! And Barely Coral because coral is one of my favorite colors for Spring, it's just so beautiful!

All of the lip glosses have a doe-foot applicator, which is a nice size. It's not scratchy either, I hate when lip gloss applicators are stiff and/or scratchy, but these are not.

They do have a vanilla scent, it doesn't give you headache, but you can definitely smell it. I personally like it.

These are suppose to have a slight plumping effect, but I don't really see any plumping going on, then again my lips are already full, so I don't know how it would work on someone with thinner lips.

I definitely recommend these if your looking for a natural, and sheer lip gloss. When I look at these I think they would make great bridesmaid gifts, something about the beautiful packaging makes me think of weddings! :)

You can find the Naked Shine Luscious Lip Gloss online at for $26 each.

I have some coupon codes for all of you, use code REIGN at checkout for 10% off, or code LIKELOVE2012 for Free Shipping! I hope these codes help some of you out! I know these are on the pricey side but they are amazing and well worth it! :)

I'll have more reviews on the other products I got coming up soon.

Barielle Gotta Have Fate, Nail of the Day

I recently ordered some Barielle nail polish from Hautelook and one of the colors I got is Gotta Have Fate, which is a tangerine color.

Tangerine and coral is all the rage this season. I love coral, but don't usually like the look of orange/tangerine colors on my nails, I always feel like it looks too Halloween-y! Lol I know Halloween-y is not a word, but you know what I mean!

With that being said, I really like Gotta Have Fate. I think it works for me. It has just enough red tones in it to not look too oramge, so I love it. This is a great color for Spring and Summer!

This is my first time using Barielle nail polish and I am pretty impressed. The application on this was great. I got smooth, even coverage in two coats.

I picked up a total of 10 shades from Hautelook. They aren't on hautelook anymore, but if you create an account and sign up for their emails, you will get notifications on all their sales coming up.

You can find this on the Barielle website for $8, so check it out if you need a great tangerine color!

I'll be posting more barielle nail swatches as I wear them, during the coming weeks. :)

Benefit Ultra Shines Lip Shine Review, Foxy Lady & Wild Child

Foxy Lady & Wild Child

I can't believe I haven't posted about these sooner. I picked these up at Sephora quite awhile ago, I think it was in November/December.

I first picked up Foxy Lady, which  is a peachy/coral shade. It's perfect for Spring. What you can't really tell is it has this gorgeous teal/green and pink shimmer in it. Now you might think, eww green shimmer!, but it is very cool toned and very fine, so it makes your teeth look really white! If you have any lipsticks that make your teeth look not so great, add this lip gloss on top and problem solved! You really need to see this in person to see it's beauty!

A week after I picked up Foxy Lady, I was back at Sephora and wanted to check out some of the other colors and I picked up Wild Child. Wild Child is a beautiful lilac/orchid color with a blue/purple shimmer. Again this one makes your teeth look really white!

I have to say these smell amazing! They are very fruity smelling, kiwi maybe?, but they do smell great! It's not strong or overpowering but if you like your lip gloss unscented, then that's something to keep in mind, but I personally love it.

The packaging on these is nice and simple. They do have a brush applicator which I love and prefer.

The Benefit Ultra Shines are not sticky at all. They feel smooth  and moisturizing on the lips.

Foxy Lady & Wild Child
Both of these are very sheer. I personally wouldn't wear them alone, I like to layer them over my lipstick.

One of my favorite combos is Strumpet lip tar from OCC and Wild Child on top! This is an amazing combo! It's a very bold look at me, lip look but that's my thing and I love it! If you wear this, be ready for a million compliments because every time I wear it people stop me to compliment my lipstick!

I definitely recommend Benefit Ultra Shines! They also come in several other colors so check them out!

You can find the Benefit Ultra Shines at your local Sephora, Ulta, or Macy's for $18. You can also find them online at and .

Have you tried Benefit Ultra Shines?
