I've been on the hunt for these lipsticks for quite some time and I finally found the shades I wanted!
L to R Dollhouse Pink, Pinkerbell, and Don't Blink Pink
L to R Dollhouse Pink, Pinkerbell, and Don't Blink Pink
Natural light, swatches in same order
After seeing Don't Blink Pink on another blog I really wanted it and had been searching all the drugstores, but none of them carried this shade. I don't ever go to Kmart, but I went around Easter time to get some Easter basket stuff. Of course I ended up in the makeup aisles and they had a big Wet N Wild display, and much to my delight they had Don't Blink Pink. I also picked up Dollhouse Pink and Pinkerbell.
I am so glad I found these. They are so opaque. They are a matte finish and a bit drying, but if you apply a little lip balm beforehand then they'll feel fine. Also because of the matte finish on these they are pretty long lasting.
These are only $1.99! You can't go wrong with these at this price! If your not into the bright bold colors like I am there are several other colors to choose from.
Definitely check these out if you want to add some fun color to your collection.
You can find most of the colors at your nearest drugstore, or check your nearest Kmart.
What do you think of Wet N Wild Mega Last lipsticks?

I have to say, I am not sure if I will be attending this year! I don't know if I'll be able to leave my baby behind with my mom. He'll be in good hands, but I might miss him too much. I'm still thinking about it.
I don't watch very much YouTube videos. I used to like 5 years ago but just got out of it. I just prefer to read blogs instead. Recently though I have been watching a few videos here and there. One of girls I like is ShadesOfKassie , she posts a lot of great hauls! On one of her videos she was showing some lipsticks and swatched a couple of the Revlon Moon Drops lipsticks and I instantly knew I had to get them.
Of course when I went to the drugstore and saw them, I couldn't just buy one, I bought six! Lol! But they are BOGO half off, so you know it wasn't that bad! :D

I absolutely love these lipsticks! These colors are so beautiful! I have always seen these in CVS, but never payed much attention to them. The name Moon Drops for some reason made me think they were sheer, but boy was I wrong!
They are opaque and creamy and glide on your lips smoothly! Although if you eat they are going to fade a bit, and if you drink it will transfer, but it's lipstick, most of them do that. I don't mind.
They do have a pretty strong fragrance in them. It doesn't bother me and after you apply it, the scent fades and you don't smell it, but it something to think about if you don't like that.
The green packaging is not the prettiest, but again I don't mind because the colors are gorgeous.
These are $9.99 each but you can pretty much always find them buy one, get one half off at the drugstore.
And here's a pic of me wearing Hot Coral. I love it! I got a ton of compliments when I wore this.
Definitely check these out if your looking for some fun bright colors!
You can find these at your nearest drugstore.
What do you think of Revlon Moon Drops lipsticks? Have you picked any up?
I recently ordered Zoya Bijou, which is a gorgeous coral/pink with shimmer, but it was so sheer. I would have needed several coats to achieve the look from the bottle. I decided to apply a base color similar in shade to make Bijou pop, so I applied one coat of The Balm Petunia and two coats of Zoya Bijou on top and this was the look I got. I really love it! It's coral, bright, and shimmery, what more do you need for Spring! :)
Do you have Zoya Bijou? Do you wear it sheer or layer it over something?
I recently received some items from the Senna Cosmetics Spring Mod Muse Collection and I am loving the whole Mod theme.
First off I got two blushes, one in Tres Jolie and Clarity. Tres Jolie is a gorgeous soft peachy pink. It has a bit of shimmer to it, but it's very subtle, when you apply it you don't see shimmer or sparkle, it just looks like a beautiful glow, absolutely gorgeous. Clarity is right on trend, it's a true coral shade. It is a matte shade, but is very easy to blend, as is Tres Jolie.
I got an eye color in Fantasy, a pretty soft lavender. The formula on this feels so creamy, but its a powder eye shadow. It blends beautifully. Because I wear bold lips everyday, I wear softer eye colors and this one is gorgeous.
Next I got a Velvet Eyeliner in Black Violet. Just as it's name it's a deep black/purple shade. If you like to stick to dark liners this is a great alternative for you, because it's still dark with that hint of purple, it's gorgeous. Although I have to say it's not as creamy as the black eye pencil that I have from last year. When I use Black Violet I warm it up first by running it across my palm quickly, then it glides on easier. I love the smudger on the end!
Last but not least, my favorite, the lipsticks! I got Surrender and Dare. Surrender is a pretty light pink with shimmer. When I opened everything and saw Dare lipstick I was so excited. You all know I love my bold lips, so I was so happy to get this! It's a beautiful violet purple color. I absolutely love it. It's bold and bright, but you can sheer it out with some lip gloss if you'd like, or blot it down and wear it as a stain.
Swatches from L to R
Surrender lipstick, Dare lipstick, Black Violet eye liner, Fantasy eye color, Tres Jolie and Clarity blushes.
Overall this is a great collection. I definitely recommend these products, they are amazing. I am never disappointed by Senna Cosmetics and don't think I'm saying this because the products were sent to me, I have been using Senna Cosmetics for years, far before I had a blog. I used to order them from Shop NBC! :D I will try to post a look using these items soon, I just always forget to take pics or don't have time.
The only problem with Senna Cosmetics is it's not easily accessible! I wish it were sold at Sephora or Ulta! There a few boutiques and of course you can purchase online, BUT if your going to IMATS in Pasadena, they will be there, so be sure to check them out!!
I picked up a few things from Sephora's recent VIB 15% off sale, and one of the items I got was the Hourglass Femme Rouge Velvet Creme lipstick, in the shade Fever. That's quite the long name for a lipstick! Anyways, like I was saying I picked this up because it's something I had been wanting for awhile, but hesitated because of the $30 price tag. When the sale came along I figured this would be a great time to pick it up!
The lipstick itself has a heavy, expensive feel to it, I mean it is $30! The packaging is very sleek and shiny. The lipstick bullet has a unique slant on both sides, as well as those curved indentations.
This lipstick has become my absolute favorite! That is saying a lot because I have a ton of higher end lipsticks, but this one tops them all. The formula on this is amazing! It's opaque and creamy. It glides on your lips smoothly. Ready for the best part?! It lasts! I mean really lasts all day! No where does this lipstick claim to be a long lasting formula, but I put this on in the late morning when I got ready and wore it all day. My hubby and I went out for dinner in the evening and after we were done I pulled out my mirror to check my lips and it was still all there, vibrant and no smudges!
Here I am wearing Hourglass Fever lipstick. Eyes are the Lorac Unzipped Palette, and cheeks are Laura Geller Bronze & Brighten and Benefit Hervana blush.
