Senna Cosmetics Haul!

I was recently chatting with my friend Eugenia Weston on twitter and she was so kind to send me some new Senna cosmetics along with a refill of my Mineral Mix Pressed powder and she even sent me a backup of Dare lipstick which is my favorite Senna lipstick ever!

Mineral Mix Pressed Cover and Finish powder in Medium
I love this powder and use it daily to set my liquid foundation. It doesn't get cakey and helps keep me shine free longer.
Dare lipstick with flash
Dare lipstick and Moonstone powder blush ~ natural light
I use my Dare lipstick so much, I was so excited to see that she sent me a backup! It's a very pretty violet. I recently instagramed a pic of myself wearing bright pink/fuchsia lips with Dare lipstick in the's a gorgeous combo!!

Moonstone Blush - Flash
Lip Lacquers in Chic Pink and Nectar
When I opened these up I was so excited to play with them. Chic Pink has a gorgeous shimmer and Nectar is a milky cream nude shade, very Kim K, I love it! These are both a bit sheer. Chic Pink is a bit more opaque. They are on the sticky side as they are lip lacquers, but I don't mind because I love the colors! My first thought was to apply Chic Pink over Dare lipstick and it's beautiful combo!! It makes great statement lip. It's very bold because of the violet shade but the high shine of the lacquer just makes it pop!

Natural Light
Nectar, Chic Pink, Dare lipstick and last swatch is Dare lipstick with Chic Pink applied on top!

Here is Moonstone blush. The top swatch is natural light and the bottom is with flash. As you can see it doesn't give much color but it is the most beautiful highlight I have ever used! I'm in love with this blush! It applies so smoothly and gives your skin a gorgeous glow! This is a must have!!

I'm very happy with all my new products and definitely recommend you check them out at any events such as IMATS, The Makeup Show, or online at

Products sent to me from Eugenia Weston. This is my personal and honest opinion and plays no part in my thoughts on these products.

Rimmel Show Off Lip Lacquers!

                                                                  L to R
Almay Liquid Lip Balm in Apricot Pucker, Rimmel Show Off Lip Lacquers in Stellar, Apocalyptic, and Nova.

I picked up a few of the new Rimmel Show Off Lip Lacquers from Walgreens the other day and I'm in love!! I also picked up an Almay Liquid Lip balm because I previously bought one and loved it so much I needed another color!

                                                          Natural light L to R
Almay Liquid Lip Balm in Apricot Pucker, Rimmel Show Off Lip Lacquers in Stellar, Apocalyptic, and Nova!

Here's some lip swatches of the Rimmel Show Off Lip Lacquers!!
Top left is Nova, top right is Stellar, Bottom is Apocalyptic! These were applied in a rush with no liner, so excuse the sloppiness!

Aren't these colors gorgeous!!! I'm in love!! Full color payoff! The formulation is great too. They apply smoothly and feel hydrating on the lips. They are not sticky! They don't dry out my lips. If you eat, drink, or kiss someone it will transfer though.

The Almay Liquid Lip Balm is very sheer in comparison to the Rimmel lip lacquers but it does give a bit of color to the lips. I like these a lot to throw on top of lipsticks that I have that can be drying. It makes my lips very hydrated and gives them that juicy look! Very perfect for Summer!!

Another plus is these are very affordable at only around $5 each.

I definitely recommend you check these out at your local Walgreens!

What do you think of the Rimmel Show Off Lip Lacquers and Almay Liquid lip balms? Will you be picking any up?
